About Our Founder

With about two decades of experience in recruitment, executive search and strategic talent acquisition, Katia Mahiddine established TaYaqoot on the principle that true recruitment excellence is inherently human-centric. Having navigated the complexities of talent acquisition for both major corporations and specialized search firms, Katia recognized the need for high-caliber strategic support is as critical for global giants as for start-ups.

Katia has supported hiring across all levels—from entry-level roles to the C-suite—across a diverse range of industries including Media, Advertising, Telecom, Oil & Gas, FMCG, and the Private Medical sector.
