Katia Mahiddine brings over twenty years of hands‑on executive search and talent acquisition advisory to every engagement. She has placed talent at every level—from entry‑level hires to C‑suite leadership—across a diverse range of industries: Media, Advertising, Telecom, Oil & Gas, FMCG, and Private Medical.
Her work has spanned both global multinationals and specialized boutique search firms, giving her a rare 360‑degree view of what drives successful hiring. She knows what works for a Fortune‑500 boardroom and what works for a high‑growth startup. More importantly, she knows the difference and the need to adapt the best practices to unique business needs.
